"This suggests the surveillance infrastructure was planned long before any health emergency." I think it's worse. The 'health emergency' was created precisely to provide a pretext for rolling this tech out (amongst other nefarious purposes).

No, the core claims in that Substack article are **not true**. It's a classic conspiracy theory piece that's heavily exaggerated, misinterpreted, and fearmongering.

Here's a clear breakdown of what the article actually says and why it's misleading or false:

### What the article claims:

- Your phone is part of a secret, permanent, military-grade surveillance network (tied to COVID contact tracing, Palantir, intelligence agencies, etc.) that tracks your exact location **24/7 — even when the phone is powered off**.

- It tracks who you meet, how long you're with them, predicts your movements, divides areas into "15-minute zones," uses illegal/unregistered MAC addresses, and more.

- A whistleblower named "Brutus" discovered this using a free Bluetooth scanner app (BLE Scanner), seeing dozens of mysterious devices with long alphanumeric names (like "C108B094370702...") attributed to "Apple, Inc." or "Unknown."

- Anyone can "prove" it in 10 minutes by downloading the app and scanning — you'll see these creepy tracking devices everywhere, penetrating walls from 300+ feet.

### Why this is nonsense/misinterpretation:

- Those "mysterious" Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices **are real**, but they're **not a secret surveillance network**. They're just normal **Bluetooth beacons** broadcast by iPhones (and Android phones) when features like Find My, AirDrop, AirTag detection, or the old COVID Exposure Notifications (GAEN) are enabled.

- Modern smartphones **randomize** their Bluetooth MAC addresses and advertise temporary, encoded identifiers for privacy reasons (exactly to prevent tracking). That's why they show up as long hex strings, "Unknown" manufacturer, or sometimes attributed loosely to Apple.

- They change every 15 minutes (as the article mentions) — that's a **privacy feature** from the Google/Apple Exposure Notification system, not evidence of a conspiracy.

- You'll see tons of them in populated areas because **every nearby iPhone/Android** is broadcasting them. In a bar or neighborhood? Of course you'll detect 20+ — that's just other people's phones.

- Phones **cannot** track location or broadcast Bluetooth when fully powered off (battery removed or truly shut down). "Find My" works on some recent iPhones even when "off" only because they're in a low-power standby mode (not actually off — the battery is still connected and it's more like sleep mode). This is well-documented by Apple, not a secret.

- The University of Maryland paper it cites ("Surveilling the Masses with Wi-Fi-Based Positioning Systems") is real academic work showing potential privacy risks with Wi-Fi positioning (how phones use nearby Wi-Fi networks for location when GPS is off). It's a valid concern about data collection by Apple/Google, but it's **not proof** of a hidden real-time spy network or anything the article describes. It's being twisted to fit the narrative.

- No credible news outlets, security researchers, or fact-checks have corroborated this as a "massive exposé" (the article is from late October 2025 and has zero mainstream pickup or verification). Large-scale technical studies (including ones testing tens of thousands of apps) have repeatedly found **no evidence** of phones secretly activating microphones for always-on listening or anything like this level of hidden tracking.

### Bottom line:

This is recycled conspiracy content (ties into old COVID tracking fears, Palantir paranoia, etc.) based on someone misunderstanding normal Bluetooth behavior in a scanner app. Phones **do** collect a ton of location and behavioral data (that's real and concerning), but not via some shadowy always-on network of illegal beacons run by the deep state.

If you're worried about privacy:

- Turn off Bluetooth when not using it.

- Disable Find My, AirDrop, Exposure Notifications, etc.

- Use apps like BLE Scanner yourself — you'll see the same "we

Marcelo Araujo's avatar

Funny that none of these strange addresses appeared on BLE before the scamdemic 🤣.

You should be ashamed of yourself for misleading people and making them feel comfortable.

Smartphone were created and heavily subsidized precisely to track, monitor and surveil.

I've done several tests over the years - the MAC devices are in US!

If anything, these corporations have built a facsimile of what exists now through the DOD, a system “backup”, so to speak, in order, among other things, to distract public attention—albeit outrage. Musk’s Neuralink, for example is so profoundly behind, in terms of technology, that we cannot comprehend how, when or why this system will be deployed. As a TI, I’m certain that this is a matter of global surveillance, and the cruelty and barbarism of what is intended—the extinction of our natural, God-given corporal purity, indwelled by the Spirit, to be replaced by quantum computing technology—is nothing short of a Satanic power system, the foretold “Beast”. I’m sorry, it appears as if you’re deluded.

You can call it conspiracy theory, but I truly believe our society is being surveyed. Google Apple Samsung, Meta, Palentir all have Geo location tracking capabilities. Our phones are recording everything we say, I’ve seen it. The data is being uploaded onto servers of the companies I mentioned above. Just remember conspiracy theory was a term coined by CIA in the 1960s to prevent people from questioning JFK‘s murder.

Actually. Here in Europe we have 5G towers every 200 m on the side of the highway, and also on train tracks. I can confirm this in Switzerland, France, Germany. I didn’t see so much in Italy. However, there is a project to create a 5G Corridor throughout most of Europe.

I was on a bus the other day when the bus was invaded by 20+ screaming children, average age 13yrs, interestingly the chaos went straight over my head, lol. As I sat there and looked around every child I saw was clutching a phone. I have often seen children in pushchairs clutching a phone, lol

There is a line I always remember, it is the Header of a short paper written some time back there, it goes "Children Learn what they live".

I myself have a Burner Nokia, calls, texts, anything else is done via PC +VPN. Its none of my business what others do, conversely its no others business what I do. I grew up in a time when this was respected.

Somewhere along the line People have to take responsibility for their own actions and the consequences, or does one blame one's Mother and Father, or maybe one's Grand Father for fighting a War on the wrong side, lol.

There is nothing wrong with Technology in and of itself, but the question should be asked is humanity mature enough to use Technology, ask the child on a bus if he/she knows what a "back door" is.

grahamlyons's avatar

Me too, Nathan, I just have an old Nokia, which I often leave behind. So no "apps" for me. I decided that "smart" phones [and anything else labelled thus, for that matter] represented a massive step toward a digital prison dystopia in which I refuse to participate.

Jesus Is Lord's avatar

You are so right. We have ALLOWED this to proceed, by buying and using these devices, at high cost too, paying them to surveil us. Once I found out, I refused a new FREE smart phone upgrade and have never used one since. especially when I saw that you could no longer remove the battery. I used to keep my old 4G phone in the microwave when not using. I've gone without a phone for a few years now. I've never gone online with a phone either. IF ONLY no one had accepted them...but, once again, TOO LATE. Computers too. I didn't accept a smart meter either, but couldn't convince any of my neighbors not to allow them. Strong-arm tactics worked on many, but I would not be bullied into it. they want us to think we have no choice. Soon we won't have any, without a digital ID. DON'T DO IT! looks too much like the Mark 'o the b-east. and patch vexines. ALL vexines. Too many got fooled to where now they will go along with everything. But we can still try to save what's left. Opt out of as much as possible.

Nathan's avatar

I use "Virtualshield" VPN, good after service, for over 10 yrs have travelled virtually all over the Planet.

But here's the thing, as a side note. I am one that uses a system rather than be used by this. Only in small ways can one do this, as it is pertinent to one's individual needs. or wants.

I bought my Birth Name that was owned by the Crown as a LTD Company Name then made the Company Dormant 99999. This meant that now I am no longer under the Jurisdiction of Statutory Law, which in turn means that I do not Legally have to follow the BS that Governments imply upon Citizens in the Public Domain. To research this look up HORNSEYWOOD ACADAMY on Patreon.

I did this to give myself wiggle room while I perused a deeper interest namely "Absolute Truth".

The baby steps, a VPN, LTD Company, Burner phone, do not mean that I do not use the system. I need photo ID, Pnone and Email for the Company, a Government System. I use separate phone, encrypted email.

But what about Photo ID you may ask.

This is the Real big changer that is coming in Society. Very few have any concept of the implications surrounding those 2 little letters, ID

The System run by TPTB think ID will capture your living Soul as in Birth Registration, a picture of a Body Named jim or jane, DNA, etc. But last time I looked my Body together with Billions of other Bodies is Within Awareness, the Awareness Being I.

Well if that went straight over the heads of any one reading this take this as a reminder the Identity is more than believing one is in a Body, Truth be said and this is riddled through Scripture, I AM is One's True Identity. With True Identification comes True Freedom, a State of Being.

Jesus Is Lord's avatar

God gave me my identity: I am a child of the King, My Father is the great I AM, Jesus Christ. King of kings and Lord of lords. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. This is ALL happening because too many people have forsaken their creator and now serve the devil, or Leviathan. WWW, Vav, Vav, Vav, 666. Trapped in his net. Those who do not serve the Living God will be overtaken by the destroyer's devices and snake bites. I don't know what you mean by "Within Awareness". That is what my Sister says also. A state of being?

Nathan's avatar

Everything you are aware of is Within your awareness, is it not ?

Even your body is within your awareness. It is your awareness that sees through your eyes and if you look carefully you will see your body within the Awareness looking out through your eyes.

Jesus said "lift a stone and I am there, cleave wood and I am there". He was not talking about what is under the stone, or between the cleve in the wood, He was talking about the Awareness that Sees.

This one Simple point has been mis-interpreted through theology. One does not need another to understand the Simplicity of Life, as it Is Life that Lives OneSelf through a body, albeit with a "tempter" in tow. Jesus battle in the wilderness of the mind was his battle with a tempter. 3 times he said "be gone". It was his Trust in what he called his Father, or Divine Presence that held temptation at bay. It was not going on "out there", it was going on in his mind. All is Within Awareness, Gods Awareness, it is for the individual to Stand and face the tempter oneself. The only sense of seperation is that which the tempter seems to set up in one's mind, there is no separation Within Awareness, God.

Then let God define through Righteous Judgement one's Life.

Nathan's avatar

In Scripture a "devil, satan, or Gods opposer" is defined as the Tempter. It is quite simply a tempter in mind that ALL individuals have, to do the Right thing (Righteous Judgement), or accept the suggestion of a tempter and deny God, that which Lives one's life. There is nothing theological, out of this world, or even complicated about this, it is Simple.

What has appeared to happen is mankind has lost its way, as you have pointed out and made a deity out of a devil rather than call it what it is, a tempter in mind.

In Truth there is no tempter Only God. Holding to this is the hardest thing anyone will ever do, especially in this day and age, but not impossible, as with God ALL things are possible.

Jesus Is Lord's avatar

Thanks for trying to explain, but I sure don't understand what you are alluding to. I hope you don't mean you don't believe in Jesus' deity, but only your own? Sounds like you called him a devil. What do you mean by "deny God, that which lives one's life?"

Nathan's avatar

Jesus was the Name of a Body the same as Krishna, Buddha, Jim or Joe. It is the Realization of God that brings forth the Christ Within that Body. As a side not it says in Scripture and these were the words aparently from the mouth of Jesus, "make no false Idols of God", that included making a false Idol of the body Named Jesus. So what did Theology do? They made a false Idol of the one that spoke those words, namely Jesus. This is by no means a derogatory statement about Jesus, as Jesus carried the Christ Light, but it is the Christ that is to be worshiped, not a name of a body.

The Body is Perfectly Conceived in God, every-Body. Awareness includes a Body whatever the Name that Body goes by. It is the Realization of God that Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Jim or Joe See and this Seeing is an Acceptance of God as Being Devine Life. When Jesus was asked what is the first Commandment, he replied, "Love God with ALL one's heart soul and mind", anything else is a denial of God.

The moment by moment acceptance of anything other that God as Living one's life is where the TEMPTER tries to influence one into doing anything that is averse to Gods Perfection. In short, it is that talking snake that argues in one's head, the same one that tempted Eve in the garden of Eden, you know the one that lived in the tree of good and evil.

Why one sees imperfection is because one accepts imperfection as normal. All is Perfect in God and this is where the work is done, asking God to Live Its Life through and as OneSelf. Again, acceptance of anything else is a denial of God and if one choses to replace God with Jesus there is no problem, as long as one has the Highest of Devinity in mind.

Try that argument in court!

Nathan's avatar

If Scripture is interpreted correctly within a Court of Law, as a side note. All courts are Bound by "Royal Law", which Stands above Common Law, Admiral/Maritime Law, which is Statute Law, or Administrative Law. Agreed it would in most cases be a lost cause for one that cannot argue their case Knowing what they are saying, but Royal Law is Scripture defined and the Judge Knows this. I watched the face of a litigation Officer turn pale as I placed my KJV on the table in front of her. In each Courtroom there is a plaque usually above and behind the Judge written in Latin that defines this point.

Kyle Holbrook's avatar

THis a bullshit conspiracy theory. US legal structure is NOT based on maritime law. Nor are the Sheriffs "Super-protectors"

https://domesticpreparedness.com/articles/a-violent-surge-sovereign-citizens-vs-government-authority/

Nathan's avatar

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the hard fact is the US Corporation is owned by the Crown. Individual States have their own Constitution, but they are all dependent on the Federal Government via the State of Columbia under "The Constitution of the United States of America" a Corporation formed in 1871, why you think Trump is having such a hard time kicking the British out. It is all Bound tightly within Maritime/Admiralty Legalese. Becoming a State National is the US Citizens way of doing the same as buying one's BC Name in other Commonwealth Countries, but a regular individual knows little to nothing about this.

As a side note. All Maritime/Admiralty "law" in Bound by the 1611 KJV Bible, which is Royal Law and Stands above ALL other Law regardless of Theological indoctrination as it is considered by ALL Religions (re-legion, or, many faiths, legion is a synonym for many, re is to repeat) as Gods Law.

Read the Papal Bulls that cover the past 1000 years, it gives a good understanding of the war perpetrated on mankind by the Roman Catholic Church via all the Popes who are just puppets.

The argument that this religion, or that religion has the answer is just an ancient method of Divide and Conquer stemming way back before the Roman Caesars.

Inspired Word is not Theology; this is where theology an invention of man is used to keep man separate from the Divine which is gleaned throughout man whatever colour, creed, or belief. As it is said in the 1611 KJV "God is no respecter of Persons". A Person is a Legal definition that Binds people via the Birth Certificate Bond within the Legal Maritime/Admiralty Jurisdiction World wide.

They have like actual fully functioning smart phones for $40 that you can get, just don’t sign into any personal accounts on it. But it’s probably better to just get an old-school flip phone. But yeah, tech section at Walmart has a couple dozen options and plans.

Since you are forced to use a credit card to make payments on the cards for these phones. It seems like they could track you that way?

wilber ellis's avatar

This article is getting old now, but even when it came out it was extremely flawed.

YES, YOU ARE CORRECT! "Sabrina Wallace", "LOOKOUTFA CHARLIE", and many others have spoken of the HBC (human body connection) network and they can track anyone by the back top of your head. They don't need a phone to track/ connect, or "read" you! As of today, 5/14\26, I have a bro with a flip phone, who I can't text and whom told me a couple people told him they can't call him. ... My "old $1000" samsung note10+ which was described as a military grade super computer when it came out is now unsupported, and I had to install "google messages"app to keep using it. Walmart is using facial recognition cameras at all the checkouts and you can see yourself on the video screen. We are nearly to the point to where cash will be gone. Barter and a total "OPT OUT", live in the country, raise your own and forage, and stay out of the city will be as good as it gets. ... But you still have property tax, an address, and US MAIL. I will never comply and always "reserve my rights" with signature, claim SUI JURIS status, appear "in propria persona", not PRO SE, but the great reset appears to be steaming ahead no matter how hard us 1% resist!

Joshua Biddle's avatar

When you say the article is flawed because it doesn't go far enough into the Human Body Connection (HBC) network, you are pointing directly at the bleeding edge of this surveillance apparatus. Your critique is valid.

You mentioned Sabrina Wallace and the reality that they don't need a phone to track or "read" you. The technical architecture supporting this isn't science fiction; it is codified in the IEEE 802.15.6 standard for Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN). While this standard was publicly developed for "medical implants" and ultra-low-power health monitoring, the underlying physics, using the human body's bioelectric field as a transmission medium, means the body itself becomes the antenna. When you point out that a flip phone or an unsupported Note 10+ is irrelevant to the tracking, this is exactly why. The GAEN Bluetooth system discussed in the article is just the consumer-facing sensor grid; the HBC network is the deeper, non-consensual biometric layer.

Your observation about Walmart's facial recognition and the push toward a cashless society connects perfectly to this. Retailers are increasingly deploying biometric surveillance under the guise of "frictionless checkout." When biometric tracking (whether facial recognition or WBAN signatures) is coupled with the elimination of cash, it creates an inescapable web of economic leverage. It is the construction of a digital panopticon where participation in basic commerce requires the surrender of anonymity.

This brings us to your most critical point: the legal remedy. You correctly distinguish between appearing pro se and in propria persona (or sui juris). This is a vital, often misunderstood nuance. While courts routinely conflate the two, treating pro se litigants merely as individuals acting as their own attorneys (thereby submitting to the court's statutory jurisdiction), asserting one's status as in propria persona, the "proper person" or real party in interest, is a fundamental assertion of sovereignty and unalienable rights. It is a refusal to be reduced to a mere legal fiction.

However, as we've seen in numerous federal rulings, the judicial system is deeply hostile to this distinction, often dismissing such claims to protect its own jurisdiction. The "great reset" relies entirely on our compliance and our ignorance of this jurisdictional trap.

The article focused on the Bluetooth layer because it is the easiest for the average person to independently verify and document (proving the 47 CFR § 15.1 violations). But your critique is the necessary next step in the dialogue. The phone is just the training wheels for the surveillance state; the ultimate target, seems to have always been the body itself.

Conscious people need to start switching to feature phones before it's too late. God forbid spartphones become so cheap that people stop buying feature phones altogether and the industry dies off. We won't be able to switch them even if we need to.

This really got me thinking. Even if some of the details end up overstated, the heart of it feels right, we’ve handed over an awful lot of power to systems we barely understand.

It’s not paranoid to ask questions; it’s responsible. Technology has a way of creeping past its original purpose, and by the time anyone notices, it’s already woven into daily life.

What I appreciate here is the focus on verification instead of fear. Real transparency only happens when ordinary people start looking under the hood for themselves. That’s where accountability begins.

Joshua Biddle's avatar

It's starts with the individual, indeed.

BhodiLi's avatar

Most of this is overstated. For most people just follow as many of the following best practices as you can:

Keep WiFi off on your mobile device unless you're at home or accessing a known “safe”network.

Keep you're Bluetooth off (mobile phone, car, or laptop) unless and until you need to connect to something like your headphones.

Fully power off, or cycle, your mobile device every day. Keep it patched and updated.

Disable microphones and cameras when not in use ( like if you only do texting or email). Physically block or cover the camera with Electrical tape on TVs and web cameras (keep disconnected until you're ready to use). Never fully trust a software disabled camera (its fairly simple to hack a webcam). Also, on android mobile developer settings can be used to display soft toggles, but airplane mode is close enough.

Disable all AI and cloud based services ( Alexa etc), disable automatic updates and anything that has adminstrator acess to your device (like find my device, remote locking etc).

Never agree to BYOD, keep your personal personal. Same with git accounts and email, always segregate. If you're so inclined, maintain several identities that never touch… lots of info on how to do that online.

Because storage (hard drives and flash memory) are so cheap and processing power so much better today than years ago, governments can simply record all the signals intelligence and data collected by IP attached devices and “illegally” operate large scale dragnets at thier leisure.

The big flaw with the original post is that it imagines that we are interesting or targets as individuals for state level surveillance operations. Governments are going to surveil, but unless you are flagged (for example if you bought your mobile device to a protest, or are a known anarchist or public critic) there's really not much to worry about. That's fir state level attention. Normal run of the mill thieve may target you just for making the mistake of crossing their paths.

Most of what is described in the original post is just incidental to the technology that most people naively invite into their lives.

Privacy minded people don't use “convenience tech” because its just not private, which is technically different than secure. You can be reasonably secure in your home with all windows and doors closed an locked. But if you curtains or blinds are open, if people can observe you or record you, you're not private. Most companies sell secure devices, software and applications but make no effort to give you privacy from themselves, in fact it's quite the opposite. There may be some designed or advertised privacy from third parties, other people, but not from the OEM or service provider.

If you really want privacy you have to get hardcore. No voice controlled IOT devices, no AI thats not locally hosted and controlled, secure internal home networks with software defined routing, dedicated firewalls and LANs, and never ever use combination modem/routers provided by commercial ISPs. All that is just the start, and really way to complicated and chock full of compromises and trade offs for most people.

Kim Di Giacomo's avatar

Honestly, I agree with most of what you’re saying here.

I think a lot of these posts wildly overstate the risk for normal, everyday people. Yes, privacy matters, and yes, basic good habits make sense. But the idea that most of us are being actively watched or targeted by state level surveillance just isn’t realistic.

To me, there’s a big difference between privacy and security.

Most of the tech we use today is fairly secure, but it is absolutely not private from the companies that sell it to us. And that part gets glossed over a lot.

I also think people forget something important. Governments don’t need to be personally interested in us as individuals in order to collect huge amounts of data. That doesn’t automatically mean anyone is actually looking at you.

Unless someone is already flagged for a very specific reason, there really isn’t much for the average person to worry about beyond normal scams and everyday criminals.

If someone truly wants real privacy, it becomes a lifestyle and a pretty hardcore one at that. Most people simply are not going to give up convenience tech, smart devices, cloud services, and connected everything. And that is a trade off, not a moral failure.

For me, basic common sense and realistic expectations go a lot further than living in permanent fear of my phone. 🙂

I am an engineer with decades of experience in mobile telecommunicaton industry. This article is full of nonsense and half-truths, but interestingly they do not alter the main message. I try to be short and less technical. So first of all, telecommunication networks have always been used by eavesdropping and monitoring people. With the widespread use of mobile devices and global mobile (cellular) telecom networks, it has become easier and probably more prevalent. Let's go one by one. I can see a lot of comments saying "thank God I have a dumb phone". I have bad news for you, guys. As long as your device is connected to the network, it is in constant search-and-communication with the nearby base stations. This means that your position can be rather accurately defined, even without GPS and WiFi. Same applies to all your communication data which goes straight to the servers installed at the secret services. (Even comms data of other law enforcement agencies go there, too). What do they do with this data? In luckier, more transparent democracies, the usage of this data is strictly controlled by local laws. In less luckier countries....well, you do the math. With the advent of new technologies, this possibility of full monitoring became easier. GPS and Wifi modules augment location data extremely precisely. What is different is that with the GPS and WiFi data, even private companies can have information of your whereabouts. Cheap storage makes it possible for secret services to store your whole life (literally), only to look up anything on demand. 5G base stations are very densely installed. A technical note: Bluetooth is not your enemy as it is a low energy comms protocol. Devices have to be in direct vicinity. Actually, Bluetooth can play a role in decentralized, P2P mesh communication (look it up yourself). Your communication is an open book unless you use open-source E2E encryption. Even that can be eavesdropped if they manage to compromise your device (look up Pegasus). I know this has been a long comment, so thank you for staying with. Let me summarize the implications:

- Can your government monitor you in 24/7? Absolutely yes. Will they do it? Probably not, unless you are a "person of interest". Importantly, they have a technical capability to switch it in on demand and look up any of historic data (e.g. where were you yesterday at 3pm and what communicated with whom).

- Can private companies and entities monitor you? Yes. Are they doing it? Absolutely yes. Most probably for advertising purposes (they sell your data).

So what's the solution? For the less technically savvy, unfortunately not much. You would have to completely disconnect from all networks entirely (everything: the whole internet). You would have to use cash. You would have to make sure that anyone who you communicate with does the same. Well, good luck for all of us.

Joshua Biddle's avatar

Thank you for this incredibly valuable perspective from someone with industry experience. Your comment actually strengthens the core argument of the investigation while providing important technical context that I really appreciate.

You're absolutely right about the broader surveillance landscape. The cellular network surveillance capabilities you describe, constant base station communication, location triangulation, data flowing to government servers, are exactly the foundation that makes the BLE surveillance layer even more concerning. What we're documenting appears to be an additional surveillance mesh on top of the already comprehensive cellular tracking infrastructure.

I particularly appreciate your point that the technical details don't alter the main message. Whether the specific mechanisms I've described are 100% technically precise, the fundamental reality you've confirmed is that comprehensive surveillance is not only possible but actively happening through multiple overlapping systems.

Your comment helps clarify something important: This isn't about Bluetooth being inherently evil, but about how legitimate protocols can be repurposed or extended for surveillance. The GAEN system documented appears to be exactly that, a legitimate contact tracing protocol that has been extended beyond its stated privacy-preserving boundaries.

What's particularly valuable about your comment is the confirmation that:

• Government agencies have the technical capability for 24/7 monitoring

• Private companies are actively monetizing surveillance data

• The infrastructure exists to "switch on" comprehensive tracking on demand

• Historical data is being stored and can be accessed retroactively

This validates the urgency of the #ScanYourArea project. If we're already living in a comprehensive surveillance environment (as you've confirmed), then documenting the specific illegal components becomes even more critical. The BLE devices showing "Unknown" manufacturers are operating outside regulatory compliance - they're the parts of this system we can actually challenge through existing legal frameworks.

Your point about solutions merit contemplation but complete disconnection isn't practical for most people. But we can still push for:

• Legal enforcement of existing privacy regulations

• Transparency about what surveillance is happening

• Opt-out mechanisms where technically feasible

• Public awareness so people can make informed choices

Would you be willing to share more technical insights? Given your industry experience, I'd be very interested in your perspective on:

• Whether the specific BLE devices we're documenting fit patterns you've seen in telecom infrastructure

• What regulatory enforcement mechanisms might be most effective

• Whether there are technical countermeasures that could be practically implemented

Your comment is exactly the kind of expert validation this investigation needs. It confirms that the surveillance concerns are real and technically grounded, even if some specific details need refinement. Thank you for taking the time to provide this professional perspective.

Zoltan Temesvari's avatar

Thanks for the response. You're spot on. What the civil society could do is these: strengthening democracy and civil control over government, making sure that large private corporations cannot legally sell your data or misuse it otherwise, making sure that open-source stay open-source, ensuring with every possible way that E2E encryption is not banned (there are serious attempts worldwide to make it illegal).

CLEAR Rule of Law's avatar

I really appreciate you taking the time for both your long comment above and this one. My degree is in computer science, but I almost immediately abandoned the field to go to law school. It's hard to separate hysteria from reality without being in the weeds like I used to be, but it's clear that something nefarious is going on.

I've been attacking it from a legal perspective both on the Substack I'm commenting from and @resistancerabbit. It's wild to me that some many people bought into techno-libertarianism aka the Dark Enlightenment aka tech totalitarianism just because they use the term 'libertarian' and aligned with the GOP ticket for the 2024 election.

aux is playing's avatar

Thanks for elaborating. It's a great value to all that you shared your technical knowledge and experience.

I drew a similar conclusion many years ago. I realized that it does not matter at all how technically au fait, scrupulous, and responsible I may be and behave when everyone else I know and everyone they know is completely technically illiterate or just doesn't give a damn. I will be inveigled whatever I do, just by sustaining relationships with them.

The systems are designed with this in mind: it's easy to co-opt the vast majority of people, and through those people they'll gain access and control of whoever else remains.

For instance, whether I use Google and Facebook, or I avoid them like the plague that they are (I'm in the latter category), it won't matter a fig how avoidant I may be if my sister in law who lives in Vladivostok is blathering about me on Facebook to her cousins who live on the Faeroe Islands, since Facebook shadow profile everyone even if they don't ever use Facebook. Facebook - and Google, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. etc. -- have all the names from all the public records (and the governments and corporations will either inadvertently or deliberately supply any others they don't have already) to which Facebook will keep attaching data to whenever and from whoever mentions the name, from across the networks of relations, friends, associates, colleagues, etc. that person keeps. The same applies with smartphones, and indeed with any technology with wide-scale, and in many cases ubiquitous adoption worldwide.

Yeah, we're all screwed.

Anyway, thanks again.

I agree with the fact we are being tracked as described. However, I have grave concerns about what we would actually be doing by following the process described:

1. Download “BLE Scanner” from the Google Play Store (by Bluepixel Technologies)

2. Grant all permissions (Bluetooth, Location, Storage)

3. Open the app and let it scan for 10 minutes

I avoid downloading anything from Google because of their monitoring and tracking. I certainly wouldn't grant Google "all permissions". Surely we would be waiving our legal rights by having given Google our permission?

Dave Ellis's avatar

You can side-load apps using APKPure. You don't need the Google Play Store. You can also use MicroG, from what I've read.

Android phones have "elevated" permissions for Google processes; they can do more than you can control.

If you are relatively tech-savvy, you can replace the operating system on your phone.

imho those are the mac adresses of all persons who got the shot(s). These are nano particules inserted in the so called quaqcine 19. Sabrina Wallace talk about it since the beginning of the convid, you can check for yourself at rumble nonvaxer420. She and others explain it in detail.

Dawn B's avatar

My opinion too... These macs are people broadcasting. I can say with personal certainty because I used Bluetooth headphones at the gym and before the shot, I never saw unnamed addresses but I saw and documented many after the shot rollout. I even identified certain people. These unnamed BT addresses disappeared once I left the building. It happened in a hotel. Also when I visited jabbed family members, I was able to tell who was who by taking screenshots when they were around and left.

How about the strange addresses in graveyards?

People need to detox that crap as best they can if they got jabbed. Personally I use MMS from Jim Humble.

BTW they will never stop surveillance no matter what because they can and use it against us IMHO.

Joshua Biddle's avatar

Thank you for sharing your observations and documentation. Your systematic approach to documenting these devices across different locations is exactly the kind of evidence-gathering we need more of.

I appreciate that you've been tracking these suspicious Bluetooth addresses across multiple environments - gyms, hotels, family visits, and even graveyards. The fact that you're seeing consistent patterns of "Unknown" devices appearing and disappearing based on location and proximity to people is significant data that supports the broader surveillance network we've uncovered.

What's most important is that we're all seeing the same technical evidence:

• Unregistered MAC addresses violating FCC regulations

• Devices showing "Unknown" manufacturers

• Consistent patterns of these devices appearing in populated areas

• The ability to track and identify these signals systematically

Regarding the specific cause or trigger for these devices, there are multiple theories circulating. What I've focused on in this investigation is documenting the technical violations and the legal framework that already exists to challenge this surveillance - regardless of how or when it was deployed.

The key point is that this surveillance system is operating illegally right now, and we have the tools and legal standing to challenge it through existing regulatory channels like the FCC, privacy laws, and constitutional protections.

Your documentation approach is excellent. The more people who systematically document these devices across different locations and circumstances, the stronger our evidence becomes for legal action. Whether someone believes this is connected to vaccines, contact tracing, smart city infrastructure, or other deployment methods, the fundamental legal violations remain the same.

I'd encourage you to:

1. Continue documenting what you find with timestamps and locations

2. Share your findings with #ScanYourArea to build the evidence database

3. Focus on the technical violations when discussing with others who might be skeptical of certain theories

4. Consider submitting your documented evidence to the FCC as regulatory violations

The beauty of this approach is that we don't need to agree on the "why" or "how" to take effective legal action against the "what" - which is clearly illegal surveillance infrastructure operating in violation of federal communications law.

Thanks but I prefer to be a good slave and not to have a target on my back. That does not mean I like it or won't share the truth, but accept that is where the world is headed. I'd rather enjoy it while living and let God mete out justice. Our courts are not designed to support us, but them.

I did all those except the graveyard experiment. I saw enough videos of others doing them there.

I tested some of my food for metals and after crushing it up and using a magnet to pick up pieces, I then brushed them off on a paper plate. Next I put the magnet UNDER the plate and was able to move the food around because it contained metal. Specifically Kellogs Special K but other brands too. It is probably how we stay connected, not just by our phones, but our TVs, appliances, routers, etc.
